AJR is an American indie pop band formed in 2005 by the Met brothers—Adam, Jack, and Ryan. The trio grew up in New York City and began making music in their bedroom, playing various instruments and experimenting with different sounds. Their big break came in 2013 with the release of their single "I'm Ready," which gained traction on social media and eventually led to their debut album, "Living Room," in 2015.
